Refund and cancellation policy

Weekly plans

• You can cancel a weekly plan any time before delivery.
• We refund the weekly payments you have made to your original payment method within 7 working days of cancellation.
• Once a basket is delivered, the plan cannot be cancelled. See “Damaged or missing items” below.

Damaged or missing items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the basket and its QR label. We will replace the item or refund its value.

Full-payment orders

You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund. After delivery, the same 48-hour rule applies.
